Are there any off road Kamaz style race versions of something like this? (F650/F750)
what about a Peterbilt?
what are some other cool super heavy duty off road racer trucks ? (bonus if they are US brands)

For ready-built super heavy off roaders, look no further than military surplus.
M923:
Or for even bigger and heavier, an Oshkosh MTVR:
~29,000 lbs empty, 60,000 lb GVWR.

The MTVR is a badass machine. I got to mess around with them a bit in the Marines Corps. While the HMMWV is generally a disappointment , the 7-ton is a thoroughly impressive vehicle .

Yeah I looked up the specs on it, wikipedia has an entire article dedicated to the suspension on it.

Indeed. 16 inches of IRS suspension travel on a medium duty truck. Air down the tires via the central inflation system and lock all the differentials and they will go some impressive places.

Kamaz is one of the most common ones. So is Tatra, Mercedes, etc.
No American manufacturers compete as far as I know
